This thought pervades the ancient scriptures.  The voices of the wise ones constantly cry
Ahimsa is the Paramo Dharma.

Even the Mahabharata and the Ramayana which are essentially about war declare boldly
Ahimsa is the Paramo Dharma

Whether we are atheist, theist or agnostic we can reduce the harm we inflict, whether Hindu, Muslim,  Christian, Jewish regardless of colour, caste or creed.
Ahimsa is the Paramo Dharma

In every thought, word and deed we can be kind to everbody we meet, this includes our loved ones who know our faults the best for
Ahimsa is the Paramo Dharma

The environment of the Earth is suffering, our every decision effects it. Think about the world we would like to leave our children for

The food we eat carries vibrations, we can offer the positive vibrations of compassion to the world by reducing violence in our diet for

Loving oneself is important.  We should not cause harm to our body, mind, or soul for
Ahimsa is the Paramo Dharma

Non-violence is charity,  it is a great gift, it is self-discipline,  it  is compassion, it is an austerity,  it is a universal truth.
Ahimsa is the Paramo Dharma

Lord Buddha said love all so that you may wish to kill none.
Ahimsa is the Paramo Dharma

Lord Mahavir taught that peace of mind is not found in endless cravings and desires but is found in the peace that comes from the practise of non-violence.
Ahimsa is the Paramo Dharma

Lord Jesus sought forgiveness for those that know not what they do for
Ahimsa is the Paramo Dharma

Lord Krishna says Ahimsa is the Paramo Dharma and that Dharma is that which is best for all living beings.

Lord Rama said prosperity springs from Dharma, and from Dharma will come true happiness, indeed all good things emanate from Dharma.  Dharma is the essence of this world. Ahimsa is the Paramo Dharma
