It is all to easy to spot the faults of other people. How often we comment on the actions of others, I think we would be far better off setting the example.  If we set high standards ourselves then we may inspire others by our acts, rather than contributing to a negative atmosphere.  Mahatma Gandhi often used to say that we should use a magnifying glass to inspect other people’s good qualities and our own defects.
