Are you Centred?
Life shoots a multitude of arrows at us on a daily basis. Just missed the train, stuck in traffic, the boss is angry with us, an argument with a loved one. Constantly we are given the opportunity to lose our peaceful, centred state.
We have options…
We can allow our selves to be pushed and pulled by these issues, we can run away, or we can face life’s challenges with a balanced, centred perspective.
How can we do this? Have a method. This can be an in-breath or an out-breath, it can be a thought, or a mantra. For me the name of Rama brings me to my centre. Any challenging situation – Rama, Rama, Rama, I silently repeat it and find my balance. The more you do it, the better you get.
Stay calm, stay balanced, stay centred. Breathe in, breathe out.
