BE YOUR SELF

LIVE WITH HANUMAN DASS
An 8-Week Journey of Self Discovery & Infinite Potential

A Journey Through
Hanuman Chalisa

8 weeks 11th March - 29th April 2026
Every Wednesday 6pm GMT time zone

Inspired by the teachings of Ram Dass, the Upanishads, and the upcoming Be Your Self book.

This is not about becoming someone new, it is about remembering who you already are.

Modern life pulls us outward.. into performance, productivity, and identity the journey of self discovery is about realising our innate potential.

Ram Dass reminded us, “We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.”

"This is not a philosophy to accumulate but wisdom to experience. This is not belief to adopt but Loving awareness to live." - Hanuman Dass

Be Your Self is a guided journey inspired by Hanuman Dass’s personal spiritual journey with Ram Dass, his study into the timeless message of the Upanishads, and the deeper themes explored in the forthcoming Be Your Self book written with Ram Dass.

A personal note from

Hanuman Dass

My journey with Ram Dass reshaped how I understand presence, service, and identity. The Upanishads gave structure to that recognition, and the Be Your Self book emerged from that shared inquiry. Again and again, the same truth appears..

What we are seeking is already here? This course is simply a space to remember.

I look forward to walking this path with you.

All Love,

Hanuman Dass
