One of the most important GD principles aims to bring together the communities and individuals and show Power of the Collective – a beacon of hope and goodness. As Dr.Martin Luther King Said, “Every man must decide whether he will walk in the light of creative altruism or in the darkness of destructive selfishness”. Here our founder Hanuman Dass shares his thoughts.
This year marks the 10th anniversary of Go Dharmic. The last decade has been a special journey for us. Eight universal principles guide Go Dharmic in this mission. In the coming weeks, we will share how these principles help us make a difference. Today we share about: Service Selfless Service is one of the most important principles for us. We can experience the euphoria of giving when we indulge in serving our communities selflessly.
Mahatma Gandhi once said that we must be the change we wish to see in the world. And to create a compassionate revolution, we must be compassionate to others in every aspect of our lives. Compassion in Action is our capacity to open to the reality of suffering and aspire to its healing. Little by little, we will change the world. After all, life isn’t all about the big things; life is about the little things. A little compassion, a little love, and a little understanding can leave a significant mark. Dharma acknowledges that not all pain can be ‘fixed’ or ‘solved’, but all suffering can be made more approachable with compassion.
Love is everything around you. Love all. Feed All. Serve all
